PROVIDERS UNITE,
FIGHT BACK!

Corporate rideshare interests have filed a deceptive ballot initiative in California with the goal to cap medical recovery. If passed, this initiative would limit access to adequate medical care in the event of an auto accident, and shift costs away from billion-dollar corporations onto patients and providers.

It would mean fewer chiropractic treatments, fewer surgeries, and delays in therapy and pain management.

Providers for Patient Care (PPC PAC) is fighting back to protect medical access and consumer safety.

Who is PPC PAC?

Providers for Patient Care Political Action Committee (PPC PAC) is a coalition of doctors, patients, advocates, and legal partners who are united in protecting access to care.

  • We defend patients’ rights to timely treatment.

  • We protect medical providers who step up to care for victims of accidents.

  • We fight back against corporate-backed efforts that put profits before people.

This corporate-backed ballot initiative is designed to:

  • Severely limits ALL auto accident victims’ damages for medical expenses.

  • Make it harder for injured patients, rideshare drivers, and passengers to access the care they need, when they need it.

  • Shift costs away from billion-dollar corporations and onto patients and providers.

If passed, accident victims across California could lose access to the doctors and medical partners they depend on during recovery.
